We want you and your pup(s) to love your new purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, please fill out and submit the return form below to start the return process. 

General Return Policy

  • You may return items from your order within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Your items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods listed below are exempt from being returned:
    • Gift cards
    • Custom ordered items
    • Sale items
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us (Up to 10 business days). 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless it was our mistake.

Once your refund request is approved, you'll recieve an email with a return shipping label. If you choose to use the provided shipping label, the cost of shipping ($7.5) will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to ship your return using a carrier of your choice and are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We don't provide a return shipping label for international shipments. Once your refund request is approved, we will send you an email with our return address. Please ship your item with a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@eatplaywag.co.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.



If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and place a second order for the new item separately. You will recieve a coupon code for free exchange shipping (US only) in your email during the returns process.


 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@eatplaywag.co as soon as possible. The policy covers manufacturing and material defect only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

  • Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, alterations, or modifications.
  • Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, or abuse.
