General Return Policy
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be fur-free and have no chew marks.
- Returns postmarked within 20 days of delivery date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- Returns postmarked within 20-50 days of delivery date will receive store credit.
- We cannot accept returns after 50 days of delivery date.
- Several types of goods listed below are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom ordered items
- Final sale items
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How do I return an item?
1. Make sure that your order qualifies:
- Returns postmarked after 50 days of delivery date will not be accepted
- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be fur-free and have no chew marks.

2. Click HERE to start the return process.
3. Return your item(s) and packing slip in the original shipping box.
4. Await credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us (Up to 15 business days). If returns are postmarked within 20-50 days of delivery date, store credit will be issued and sent to your email address.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless it was our mistake.
If you choose to use the provided shipping label, the cost of shipping ($7.5) will be deducted from your refund.
We don't provide a prepaid shipping label for international shipments. Once your refund request is approved, we will send you an email with our return address. We recommend shipping your item(s) with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In order to serve you most efficiently, direct exchanges are currently not available. Please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. If you would like a free standard shipping coupon(U.S. Only) for your exchange order, please reach out to email@example.com.
Eat Play Wag collars, harnesses and leashes have been tested for strength and durability for everyday use. Each purchaser and/or user is responsible for determining the suitability of Eat Play Wag products for their individual situation and assumes all responsibility/liability by purchasing said product. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to accept all responsibility. Eat Play Wag cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products.
Eat Play Wag's harnesses, collars, and leashes are made with nylon webbing that has been tensile strength tested. Please see below for details or download the test results:

Our products are made to last but require proper care to maximize their lifespan. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure for 12 months after the original date of purchase, and does not cover damage caused by any of the following:
- Damage caused by chewing
- Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear (fading of fabrics, tarnishing and mild fraying are all considered normal wear and tear)
- Damage caused by cleaning, alterations, or modifications.
- Damage caused by excessive water exposure, or abuse
If you'd like to claim a warranty case, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. Eat Play Wag will approve claims of product purchased through eatplaywag.co. Eat Play Wag will examine the item and decide, at our sole discretion, if it is covered under this warranty. Approved claims will be sent a replacement product (U.S) or issued an e-Gift Card for the value of the product (Canada).
