Refund policy
*All return request and returns will be processed AFTER Jan. 17th, 2023.
Orders placed before 8pm, Dec. 31st, 2022:
- All returns must be received by Jan 31st, 2023.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be fur-free and have no chew marks.
- Returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- We cannot accept returns postmarked after 30 days of delivery date.
- Several types of goods listed below are exempt from being returned:
- Custom ordered items
- Final Sale items
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless it was our mistake.
- U.S. Orders: If you choose to use the provided shipping label, the cost of shipping ($7.5) will be deducted from your refund.
- International Orders: We don't provide a prepaid shipping label for international shipments. Once your refund request is approved, we will send you an email with our return address. We recommend shipping your item(s) with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
