1. Make sure that your order qualifies:
- Returns postmarked after 50 days of delivery date will not be accepted
- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be fur-free and have no chew marks.

3. Return your item(s) and packing slip in the original shipping box.
4. Await credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us (Up to 15 business days). If returns are postmarked within 20-50 days of delivery date, store credit will be issued and sent to your email address.
