Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eat Play Wag is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days to see tracking updates.
Damaged, Delayed or Missing Package
Damaged Package
Eat Play Wag takes full responsibility for damaged products due to manufacturing defects. Please send us a photo with your order number at help@eatplaywag.co, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Delayed Package
Most of our packages arrive in time, but unfortunately delays may occur outside of our control. If you don’t see any tracking updates for more than 1 week, it could be possible that your package has been misplaced or has gone missing.
Missing Package
If your order has not been delivered and you suspect that your package has gone missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
If your package has been marked delivered yet you can't locate it, please follow the steps below:
- Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
- Check other places where the package might have been left or ask your neighbors, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking page. Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office.
- Give it a little more time! Some shipping carriers will mark items as delivered prior to arrival.
If your package doesn’t show up 5 days after the marked delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
